2013 Florida Duo: Chris Walker & Kasey Hill

   Florida has jump to number one in the 2013 recruiting class with Chris Walker and Kasey Hill coming in. These two make the best guard/forward combo in college basketball, being that they are ranked 6th and 7th in the 2013 class. Florida is known for having run and gun type game. They can run a full court press and force teams into turnovers, or they out run you and get the easy layup. Chris Walker and Kasey Hill will be perfect for this squad. Take a look at Kasey Hill's raw talent...

            You can see why he is one of the top point guard in his class. He is long and athletic at 6'0, and he will break down the defense with ease. His NBA comparison would be to Marquis Teague, both extremely quick and quality passers that can just the lane. Hill can will his way through the lane getting the dunk or the pass off, either way he will lead his team to victory every time. With Chris Walker, now we have a bigger threat. Hill can cut through the lane, and now he can either get the layup or pass it off for the dunk by Walker. You can't go wrong! With Chris Walker you have a 6'10 power forward, who will have a huge presence in the post. His NBA comparison would be to Perry Jones, they both are long and athletic, and they can score with authority in the post. 

            The pick and rolls that these two will bring to the offensive end will just be a highlight reel to watch. Now on the other end of the court their defensive presence will be known. These two fit in perfectly with Florida's run and gun system. They can both beat their opponents down the court, and can suffocate players with their lock down defense. Walker's shot blocking ability will also add to Florida's defense. This will be just a about impossible for opposing teams to deal with this duo. Florida should be favored to go far in the NCAA tournament with these two. On an added note, Chris Walker has also come out and said that he will a NCAA Championship, since Kentucky never offered him a scholarship.
